I was so ecstatic upon reading the snippet ad on their website and without further a due, ring them up to secure a place. Luckily their introduction class were still open. The last piece according to them, which i thank God for my quick nerves integration:p It is by all means, targeted at toddler aged 2-4, kinda platform for the age group upon embarking pre-schooling i guess, and i was sugar high when they responded to my quest on bringing my 17 months toddler for a little exposure. Just a little not much :p
So, we brought Adam for Playgroup! Ready for a little whoop of joy, boy?
Adam was all amused to the surroundings. Sits and watch was the attempt he made for the first few seconds. Medium used is conducted in English if you wonder.
Stand up for a song. *couldn't recall what song was it, but it's about praising the All mighty* See the tiny spot he's standing on? Every members of the playgroup were given one each. Adam stands and watch. When the music starts, all the kids geared towards the rhythm. He loves musics.
Engaging friend to join him. Parents are allowed in the class. Adam was the youngest of course wherein the rest of the participants already talking instead of babbling and understand simple straight instructions.
Adam start to play around. He got bored during the story-telling slots. Too much for him to absorb perhaps. So, he find comfort in exploring the surroundings. The teacher's magic box has loads of treasures, to his amuse.
See? He's proud to be the center of attraction. Sooo ayah! haha. He couldn't care less. He had always been frazzled running from one thing to another. I want to do, what i want to do. He follows what was being instructed for like 10 good seconds, before parting himself for new discovery. The musings triggered his happiness. Thank God he didn't pull tantrums on the day.
Drawing slots. Apart from sing a song and story telling, the kids got goofed with drawings. with crayons frantically. They were asked to recognize glimpse of faces i.e happy and sad even were taught to mimicked them. This is Adam's art-work. With mommy's touch of course. It wouldn't look rather nice if wouldn't. :p
Overall, it was a splendid morning to start of the Saturday with given the quality time understanding the behavior of your own blood flesh and seeing the way he connect himself to the surroundings especially in meeting new people. A pat on his back. No tantrums, no whines, no drama wails. *ouh thank God again*. The ordeal went well and i gleamed in pride seeing he composed himself. He is starting to develop the person he is. Oh boy, you're grown up! *mommy criess*
and a moment after, immediately dozed off in the car. kepenatan belajar agaknye :p
