yegoyand

finally to thee yegoyanddddd! :)

yes, i am the one thrilled beyond all. Ever since i watched the Majalah 3 somewhere early this year or end of last year (if not mistaken), i had made pact to myself, ok must must bring anak bujang there. He'll sure be cheesy happy all over the moon. Alhamdulillah opportunity knocked on my door just recently and was just about in time. A happy mom i am, and seeing the intriguing smile on anak bujang's face was rather priceless :)

I was scheduled for work in JB on Saturday. Thus we decided Sunday for Legoland. Contemplating to further the excitement to USS, but considering am carrying 8 months baby bump, might as well slash that from the initial plan. Well, i do not want to end up giving birth in Singapore would i? tee hee. So next time lah perhaps..

a must have pic when you're here.

isn't it beautiful? soo surreal indeed.

KLIA replication: the plane, the shuttle, the cargo thing all is actually moving and got sound some more! Literally my jaw dropped. Ah-mazing architecture i must say.

See the complexity? Every single lines plays its role in it.

Mini Angkor Wat

erk, not sure of the place.. the mini boats are captivating!

cute LRT

ok there's just too many pics to share but i guess i'll stop here. The last one before we headed home since anak bujang fallen asleep already. Was 4pm when we departed.

Let me share with you on few measures one should consider upon entering the theme park.

Tips 1: Buy lots and i mean really lotsss of drinking water to keep you hydrate during the tour! We brought in 3 bottles of 1.5L drinking. Also was not enough. It's a 5 hours exploration for god sake! Bear in mind it's a bit pricey if you were to buy Mineral Water inside the theme park. Like RM5 per bottle? (the 500ml)

Tips 2: Brought junkies to munch2. And to keep your little one occupied.

Tips 3: Bring strollers (not to worry thou because they have renting at rm20/per buggy if let says you forgot to bring one) and an umbrella of course. Ahaa, put on your sunblock too. Else you'll end up real tan like i did. Face is now 2 tones :p

Tips 4: Go find a friend who worked with Maybank. You can get 50% less for the ticket fees. hihi

Tips 5: For those with babies aged 1 and below, I must say it'll be pretty tough. Babies get cranky since it's hot and humid and plus no rides for babies aged 18months and below.

Till then.

bmw

anak bujang woke me up 3.30am in the morning..

adam : mommy..mommy.. mana BMW adam? mana mommy? nak BMW..*scrubbing eyes*

so I was searching high and low in the dark for his BMW.. cannot find! got up from the bed, scout under the bed with some sheds of lights from the phone. also cannot find! Gave up, so I woke my husband up. "B, bangun b carik BMW adam. die nak BMW.. "

Husband groaning but his hands are at work, creeping under the duvet for BMW.

Adam waited patiently.

Nah found it! and gave it to him pronto!

adam : ok.. jom tido mommy. dah jumpe dah BMW adam..

son

Scene almost every morning. I need to get dressed so I switched on the lights so I don't go colour my nose with gloss. And this little man will shield himself like this. Sometimes making groaning sound like in a way he's telling me "mommy lights off please. am sleeping you see" .. And the cars.. He adores cars! Just soo much. Intrestingly he recognises almost all cars on the road. You name it, Audi, BM-Dabeyuu, Mercedez, Wolkswagen, Kia, Honda.. all! You point and he'll name it for you. So he has this wide range of collections at home and bring it to sleep most of the time. So I have pool of cars when I wake up every morning, either it's tucked under my back, or tinggling on my feet. Son..son..

the red day

It was last Saturday. The office held this captivating event of the year named "Winning Hearts & Minds" - talking about strengthening the bonding at work :) So well, we located some time to be part of the said event on Saturday despite the typical blues having to get dressed as early as 8am in the morning.

Confined to the colour scheme. Red it is.

Explore one second. Running the other second.

And he had so much fun with the horse. Repeat twice ok. Not afraid at all. [he first said to me "mommy nak naik moo" ahaha - misleading]

Mommy shantik tak?

I went heart attack seeing this! son ohh son. And some more giving me the oh-so-innocent-i-am -not-guilty face.

there you go close up a bit! and it was quarter to midnite when he came saying "mommy adam draw peyutt adam ni...shantik tak mommy?"

I was dumbstruck in awe. Adoi la anak bujang...

I heart you

Adam is now 2yrs and 3 months old. Big boy already. Talk a lot. He can now speak in sentences and master in following simple command. Throw tantrums? Oh definitely! So far I negotiated my temper well. Make up mess is his number one. Can stack towers of bricks and smacked all down in a blink of an eye. Can be sweetheart at most times. He's asserting his independence, I know. And surely a die hard fan of Upin Ipin [oh my! mommy can also now easily pick up the lines] Yeah, the all sorts a 2 year old would deem.

his smile is contagious!

He loves pasta. His definition of pasta are enormous in range. Not just spaghetti, linguine, fettucini are pasta,  but noodles, kueh teow, laksam, Beehon also are! Yes he claimed they're all  pasta. "Adam shukeee pata". Clap hands happily. Same goes to rice. All also nashik goweng, be it Nasi Arab, Nasi Ayam, and Nasi Putih even! Everyday in the car, I would received the same ol' answer from him whenever I ask him what he had for lunch."Adam makan nashik goweng nyum nyum"..*_*

Oh son, it'll be a lengthy post if I were write about you, so I better not. Suffix for me letting you know, that you are dearly loved despite all mischiefs you attempted.

I heart this too much. Simply pure. [even it only lasted for one rakaat:p]

addiction

I think Upin & Ipin has now become his BFF. Everywhere anywhere, "mommy upin ipin mana?"

and now this! Previously it was Angry Bird. Kids learn fast. He can now hop and make turn. Twelve thousands is his best score at the moment:p

Gahh. It has become norm I guess seeing kids playing games on ipad/iphone nowadays. It's surreal phenomenal. They don't even need a teacher for one. They see first and wallah the next day, automatically you'll see their tiny hands moves here and there, ups and downs hooked up like 24-7. Speaking about high tech babies giggling to the screen.

I bet they sure have not heard of congkak, dam haji, dam ular, guli, batu seremban etc. Like the one we played once upon a time. I remember playing batu seremban made of green beans during recess in primary and by the end of the day, whilst waiting for the school bus, the girls especially will go frantic on playing getah. Ahh those times. Such Memoirs.

friday ramblings

my son can now perform du'a makan on his own, well apparent to his version of course, a two year old.

"owoh huma bayyik nana, mima atana, kinna, aja bana..amin" ahahahaha, i was all in mushy mushy teary eyes. it was just so simply pure and i gave him big hug for the deed. Also sometimes whenever he remembers, he'll said 'am-du-yi-yahhh" when he sneezes. Cute! (or at least I think so :p) Mommy loves you son, above all the world offers me.

Son turns 2

So here's a toast for my first post in this new year blessings! Happy New Year to all. May all well ended well. There's loads of things conjured through out the year, be it laughter & tears, all are memories that will remain at heart, treasures to be re-open one day.

so yeah, my boy finally hits two! December baby. No partayyy nor balloons what so ever this year. Ayah said instead of channelling his hard earned pays to the balloons and ribbon etc, why not we start saving for the house. Later the house needs grill, furnishing etc etc. So, yes, from this year on, i'll be getting those automatic generate reminder from husband. Hmmphh!

My Cheeky Monster turns two! Fact-I just came to realised this little man will enter Primary One at the age of six!

All we did was just a small BBQ with families celebrating the little man turns two and in conjunction welcoming the new year. Pure bliss seeing the relatives mingles around catching up and munching on the home made yummies. Just bliss. I ordered Red Velvet for the birthday boy and aunt generously made him a carrot cake. So two cakes for the little man who turns two. Perfect to make him squeal in delight :)

Amongst the spread we had for the night-Chinese Fried Rice by Owan, and Caramel Pudding by aunt. Oh proudly present my skewers. It all disappeared in a split seconds you know:p

Happy Birthday son! Mommy & Ayah loves you to bits!
