missions during the weekend

it's saturday. and it's adam's day out! i think, taking him out is somehow a less lethargic activity. instead of being home - an avid mobile baby! ampleness for him to jump out and about, crawl like he own's the world from one corner to another corner of the house - albeit being strapped to the stroller, adam wasn't growling nor fussing except for his meal time.. he behaved extraordinary good. mommy's relieved!

off we went out, with missions of course to be accomplished.

mission 1: to PATCHI . I need to get the hantaran's chocolate for beloved cousin's wedding which is this sunday. thus, heads up to mid valley. deliriously stepped out from the shop once done contenting the heart with all distinguish chocolates offered, we saw delicious cafe right in front. a little whoop of joy slipped in. i immediately drawn back to zetty's post on dining at delicious. said to myself, must give it a try :p 

the end result however, frustrating! dry and plain. nothing extinguish, except for the deco at least. cozy place for hang out. or perhaps, it was my taste bud went wrong. *trying hard conjuring not to be mean* . 

hubby's angel hair with salmon and black caviar - plain - 

mine's the traditional beef meatballs spaghetti. *hubby said my home made version taste better than this* :p

we then heads up to mission no.2 : visit little z :) *midvalley to taman melewar*

bestie qilah safely gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. congratulations dear. welcome to parenthood :)

adam :meet my kakak babysitter

tadaa! emph, everybody, meet my caretaker who babysits me while mommy's at work. she's been taking care of me since i was 2 months young, and i'm glad mommy chose her. she's kind and soft. young and energetic (thou petite). she sat her eye on me 24-7! whenever i made attempt to slip out, she'll nail me! she feeds me well too and what i like most!

the cheeky adam finally discharged

alhamdulillah the little boy finally discharged. but still, monitoring him closely is a must. he's diagnosed with severe bronchitis which is an often cases among babies. babies immune system is still developing and a simple cold if not well treated may result in accute bronchitis. 

in his case, his lungs got infected due to his cold. that explains the breathing difficulty, wheezing, coughing and what not. as advices, since bronchitis is contagious, adam must keep away from any sick individual. mommy must always clean, body and hands whenever is with him. and he must always calm to limit the coughing attacks. 

BUT this is where my concern lays. ever since he's mobile, calm can never exist. except for when he's fast asleep. must i tell you he's a mobile patient too? yes! everytime the nurse came to check on him, he's out for de-stress walk (kononye lah kan!haha) to ease discomfort with tok wan. and the nurse went saying 'selalu hilang je patient kecik ni'..:P

Apart from the walk, this is what he has been on for a day in the ward

first he went on checking for there are any default faulties in the room he's been warded.

knowing the floor were in good conditions, he went on checking the wall.

not enough inspecting the interior, he moved on to the cupboard. it was open unfortunately, making it easy access for him.

there he was, scouting for his butterscotch.

ayah's looking lethargic of chasing adam. but adam?...otherwise.

and this is the pix taken day after, adam being monitored closely by MIL. yes, he did that most of the time. aktiviti panjat katil.

until then, adam conveys his heartiest thank you for those comments on mommy's wall. appreciate every single word :)

adam : breathing difficulty

yes! he's down with severe breathing difficulty. we're spending a nite in ward. Az Zahrah Specialist. the moment i'm writing, adam's finally fast asleep. made an effort coaxing him to sleep somehow. he went grumpy, and insisted for dukung most of the time. poor little adam.

the little boy has to be on nebulizer for 3- hourly! his heart beat was at the quickest one could think of for a baby.

adam needs to increase the oxygen level in his body. normal reading is 95. adam's was 93 which is obviously below normal, thus the oxygen tube came in for him until the reading indicateas 96 the least, only then his paed would allow for discharge.

it's a holiday!

Foremostly, Happy Diwali to all Indians friends.

i am definately enjoying it here. days off with the loved ones. home - cooked food. the only time hubby and me went frolic around on the bed, snuggling together comprehending at each other's schmelly breath in the late morning. what a bliss. don't you think so? hehe. 

after getting all the errands done, (i.e the laundry, adam's meal, make up the bed) hooked myself on the net. and adam without hesitation offered his company.

danggg!! he pulls the screen flat! some more? siap ketuk2 the screen! later ayah marah little boy. ask ayah whether or not he allows you for a lappy of your own. haha.

later in the evening, we decided for an decent outing. why decent? because it's not meant for a splurge neither anything extravaganza, nothing productive, literally. so lets put it as decent. where to? IKEA. :) the all time favourite. we arrived at about 6.30pm, but heck, the floor was full! waited for quite sometime before luck pat our back.

 it's scorching hot out there, so i in dire need for some shades. i think i look cute in the shades, but ayah said, i phantom him of once suria perkasa hitam.

i'll be attending my very first birthday party tomorrow. so here i am, eyeing for a present. i choose, and ayah paid for it. thank you ayah. *while spluttering on my baby bites*

soonest done with choosing, i get to indulge on the IKEA bed. checking on the elasticity. verdict? worth of every penny! hehe

next is this chair. owh mommy, i think i would love to bring this home mommy. and place it right next to your favourite sofa. so i can watch tv next to you, rather on being on your lap.

lastly, before we call it a day, we furnished our tummy with IKEA's signature dish. mommy claimed it's a MUST! the scrumptious meatballs. unfortunately, none are for me. i don't even get a bite of it! sobs. instead, mommy ordered the chicken for me.

nah, there's a little something of the day.
