yess..this time around am about to share my very first labor delivery, my very own personal experience that will always remain in heart to ponder upon..:) lets put it in chronicle order guys..

3:20 am - woke up from bed due to need to rush for loo..moment i got there, i was shocked when there comes huge water popping from underneath..(luckily i was already in the toilet, or if not i wud have to bear the guts of having a pool of water in the bedroom)..while i was still configuring what the heck that was, there comes another dush of water!warm and sticky men!ok, my senses slowly entangled, and i started to realized, this is the time!my water bag had just then broke!quickly cleaned myself and went to get hubby for wut he wud have to say.
4:15 am - on my way to Pusat Rawatan Islam Az Zahrah, Bangi after deliberations with hubby and MIL. (yes, we spent a night there)..the very same time, called my parents informing them.me???nervous ok!nak beranak dah ke aku ni ehh?hmm
4:45am - arrived at Az Zahrah. went up for the registration..(owh, am wearing my forever favorite kaftan peeps!:p)
5:00am - hooked the CTG to my tummy to check fetal heart rate and contractions. Was given medication to make me clear my bowels. Boy, was it a colon clean up!i can feel my adrenaline rush!and rush!haha.fatal heart rate looked normal..and of course, the servical checked was done, and i was 4cm dilated already!far that i remembered, i have not sense any contractions pain yet!curious!!and was brought to the ward to change into uniforms.hehh!

ok, am in uniform as requested!kenape sempat peace??its to calm all sorts of rush in me..heheh
5:15 - was being told, ok lets go to the labor room downstairs..and calmly i walked (yess, i walked peeps!to ease labor) with hubby yg x abes2 suruh i walked slowly..slowly..careful..baik2..and those barrage of advices he cud think of during the time..man, he got his rushs too!.the midwives again checked on me and asked, ade rasa sakit x? i replied saying no!nope for the time being.
5:30 - am waiting patiently in the labor room accompanied by hubby.the midwives then came with a pack of drip!she sed this wud help to accelerate the contractions..it'll be a little bit pain but i may not be able to push if i dun feel any pain.
6:00 - man..the drip worked at that immediate point!the contraction pain felt!the pain sumhow was still bearable.hubby's doing his very best being together with me in the labor.helped me reciting the prayers provided in the labor room..mcm mane rasa contractions tu?hm, its much likely ur menstrual pain times 5!!yess,times 5 ppl!my back was aching!kept turning left and right to help ease the pain but both neither helped!midwives offered epidural, and me being me, i replied NO!why?after some reading earlier, epidural is long for side effect..plus i wanted to feel the pain :)
contractions continued..(and finally the doc arrived..)
6:30 - was bearing with the contractions come and go..cudnt talk much!yess, now its sgt2 sakit!the doc performed the servix checked and told the midwives to prepare for the delivery..immediately my legs started to shake and i remember asking the doctor, 'dah nak keluar ke'..hehe..my feet then were hooked up to a pair of stirrups, and that was the time when the doc sed, ok cube teran(am i fully dilated??was asking myself..)..ohohoh (i did not went for any antenatal class wutsoever)..with hubby helding my hands firm, i sed to myself, ok, am going to do this!!hubby pulled me close and sed, we're going to do this together!!pusshhhh!1,2,3 pussshhh!
7:47 - alhamdulillah, after 3 pushes, Muhammad Adam was finally out!:) unbelievable that beautiful lil creature in my tummy's finally got to see the world..the doc greeted him salam the moment he entered the world and am very much relieved..and remarkably the unberable pain all gone..

and there i am, watching the nurse cleaning up my baby whilst the doc delivered the placenta and started stitching up the episiotomy tear.
hughh!alhamdulillah my labor was pretty much ok i guess since i did not endure such a loooonnnngggg pain and alhamdulillah was the only word i cud think of..
