night seperation anxiety?

happy monday all..

its indeed a very gloomy one for me. was late AGAIN today! clocked in at 8.45am! dusshh! i got a bit carried away i guess since adam woke up uneasy in the middle of the nite. this has been happening few times apparently, and giving me another sleep-less nite. he has been doing good, following the normal sleeping pattern like other babies does once the pantang periods ended. which is soo much of a relieved! mommy gets back the sleeping beauty (of all time desire) , until very recent only i realized through trial and error that he is waking up just again.! it wasnt easy to get in the groove somehow.

so this morning i quickly log to babyCenter for a little research (since the boss is not in today *evil*) and here are the found-related says : Babies' sleep patterns can be affected by many things, including illness, vacations, changes in routine and advances in development. Many infants who were great sleepers as small babies start waking up again during the night between 6 and 10 months of age. Researchers aren't exactly sure why this happens, but many believe there may be some physiological or developmental cause.

my concerned is, he sometimes woke up and play for like an hour before returning to sleep, which is acceptable - i know he's well and fine. until last week where he started waking up and wailed his lung out! i jumped out of the bed in panicked - afraid if he falls of the bed -then it would be really hard. i checked on him, carried him out of the bed (he sleeps on his bed) and cuddle him close, soothe and calming, to which within an instance he fall back to sleep - soundly. why why why. question mark? he wanted to feel me close? or is it the separation anxiety creeping in? or developmental leap? i have no idea.

i gave it in - traced back the routine, where he gets his dinner at 7.30pm which is as persisted, diapers checked and pass, bedtime milk given, lullaby from mommy's un-reckon voice, forlong i don't seem the cue on why he kepts on waking up. however, the only thing that could be related to it, adam has been laughing out loud - yelling - and cooing at his best during the day, to everyone's shocked! he broke the silence in every manner he could! the little voice inside's saying its the monthly syndrome for babies, so i take the debut positively. little that i know it has now becoming mundane in his sleeping pattern.

and this is what i found on net, on how to handle night time seperation anxiety : Your baby's fear of being separated from you at night is very real for him, so you'll want to do your best to keep the hours preceding bedtime as nurturing and peaceful (and fun) as possible. In addition, spend some extra cuddle time with your baby before bed by reading, snuggling, and softly singing together. 

If your baby cries for you after you've put him to bed, it's fine to go to him — both to reassure him and to reassure yourself that he's okay. But make your visits "brief and boring," and he'll learn to fall back to sleep without a lot of help from you. Eventually, he'll be able to fall asleep on his own.

mommy will take measures on the tips above! to ensure my sleeping beauty back :) and u too sayang.

The Manual was not given in the packaging *slap forehead for not checking tarally upon paying* so ayah make his effort following the instruction googled.

we place the mini-fan to his chair to keep him chill at all time. this little rascal sweat a lot ok! even in air-conditioned room! high metabolisme i guess.

till then. back to work.

more of seafood heaven! the tenggiri was self caught by my uncle during the last weekend. he braught it back all the way from the Miri sea. the fish itself was actually the size of a 12 year old boy.huuuggeee!

Nasi Lemak - made with love by abah & mama. there's more food on the table, but this busy photog miss it by any chance! adam kacauuu! there was caramel puddings, kueh seri muka, mushroom soup, agar2 cendol, and moreee..drool.. shud have snap them all :( adam la nii..grrrr:p

dinner time for adam - which is suppose to be at 7pm but since mommy's occupied both hand during the day, the lil boy only get his dinner at 8.30pm :)

adam sudah 7 bulan!

happy 7 months old Adam dearest!smooches.smooches. boy he is now 9kgs!!

July 30th mark this cheeky boy turns 7th months old, indicates the journey of mommy-hood for 7 wonderful months! yes, it has indeed be a journey, endearing one to me.

what is he capable of at this point? lets see of a few mommy can recap:

1. he is sooo a babbler : he continues with 'tita' croo-croo' ( am trying to spell it right! at least that was what i heard him coo-ing) hehe.few times in fact he even add another syllable or two, making their sounds more complex. kelakar ok when i first heard.

2. stimulate senses very well : adam anticipate with all sort of senses he's capable of. he's major in kicking!read again: kicking.he even kicks in the context of xpressing excitement.haishh! for example, whenever he sees his milk bottle, he'll kick and gigle giggly.

3. he can now hold to his bottle independantly! i mean totally! less work for mommy.

4. sudah mula makan chicken :) mommy always get over reacted on this exceptional. hehe

5. sudah ada dua batang gigi bawah :) butt wayyy too shy to show off. whenever mommy's ready with camera to snap, he'll turn over. but this time around, mommy succeded! see see:

6. can now reaches for tok mamas's kitchen wear. he now must not leave un-attended.

7. can rollllllL! finallly :) itupun after few pushes and urges.

8. enjoys his morning walk just soo much!

anticipating the PRUhealth tagline..hehe.after few deliberates attempt and forlong discussion with hubby, us both decided PRUhealth for Adam. the pertinent reason of life assurance for the little one. the earlier you start, the better. And then if you develop any health issues throughout your life, it doesn't matter, because you already have the cover in place! at least, secure :)

mommy's planning for Adam's first Bash!

hahhaaha..yes, mommy's getting over-reacting!i know! the adrenaline's just got on nerves when it comes talking about adam's FIRST BIRTHDAY! definately, celebrating the milestone can be the most awaited occasion.balloons, cakes, ribbons, deco-deco, and PARRTEYYY! owh - am soo gonna drive ayah's madness! gee- can't help it out ok! plus, adam's embarking 7 months in like 3 dayss? yess - pretty pretty soon, in 3 days time the little rascal turns 7 months old! indicating he's just 5 months away from ONE YEAR OLD.enthraled!

i am cracking mind to come out with most catchy decent theme for the said occasion. ayah'll surely disagree anything wild - weirdo.he'll groannn and murmured hard!haha. knowing him, it's a NO-NO. and as a matter of fact, ayah went big eyes when mommy came out with the football theme months ago - since its the WC's all over kan? - ouh hu hu..plus, i am planning for adam's aqiqah - means double celebrations - so, might as well be it decent. these are few which is in list i manage to came up with:

hey there peeps.jolly jolly friday is up again!yeeeha.it always has been the day am vainly looking forward too.since am not occupied for alamanda this blissful friday-noon, will keep sane and sit still answering the tag about ur other half sent from an email.here it goes.

1. He’s sitting in front of the TV, what is on the screen?
    CSI, Discovery Channel (Air Crash Investigations to be precise..)

2. What’s one food he doesn’t like?
    Masak-Lemak or anything in yellowish color - he claim it soo royal for 
   a meal.haha. being absurd he is!

3. You go out to eat and have a drink. What does he order?
    The forever Teh Tarik. (even in hotels, weddings, etc occasion)

4. What size shoes does he wear?
    size 10/11..i know, it's exxxtreme huge!he's tall anyhow.explain the
    sampan-size he wears:p

5. If he was to collect anything, what would it be?
    Dust. Hahaha… emm, dunno.clueless. he dun look like the one who keeps
    for sentimental purposes

6. What is his favorite type of sandwich?
    Mashed-fully boiled-eggs with heavy dose of pepper and mayo on it.must
   come with salad and tomatoes for toss.i call it super lavish sandwich..

7. What would this person eat every day if he could?
    Nasi Arab UNITEN! he'll go there for like thrice in a row within a week,
    and yet still claim not enuff of it???!!

8. What would he never wear?
    The Sexy Trunk!hahaha. and anything that does not fit him, too snug or
    too loose included.Very choosy! just imagine him spending hours in and
    out the changing room for fitting! it's his delicacy!

9. What is his heritage?
   Terengganu on his Mum’s side, and Johor+Kelantan on his Dad’s side. He
   was born in Terengganu so I think he thinks of himself as a Terengganu 
   boy! makang ikanggg.

10. What is his favourite color?
     suprisingly its maroon.. nontheless, pink-ish purplish can always win his
    heart over black or blue.

ok..enuf of it.hehe.must not reveal much, the rest on him, are self-keepsake.at heart :)
