satu tahun dam dam

yeah. one year old he is. on things he achieved this far,

1. beginning pointing to this and that, here and there in order to accomodate his wants..

2. able to call for ayah (literally) because it's 'a-jah' most of the time

3. is afraid of dark..

4. able to walk even consistently (he started walking at 11 and half months) and knows how to wriggle himself out of dukung. acted like a big boy. hand gripping no more.

5. starting to imitate gestures - there was this one time, i nodded my head indicating no on something he intended doing..and i find myself wiggling hard seeing him imitating the deeds..ah, also he'll go grinding his teeth to imitate geram! to mommy especially. :p

6. starting to open and close drawers, slam on the door..slam on the keyboard..

7. a good babbler too - can be shy at public, somehow.. owh, has a very deep voice *suara dari perut*

8. starting to climb the sofa, get out of bed by his own, flipping himself over (read: mommy easily wears-off)

9. number one fan of TV-3! Every time the add is on air, he'll turn his view and watch contentedly. and clap his both hands together with the cheeky smile.

10. forever loves eating.! must deter him from food by any means at every course.

to mark the beginning of 2011, the batch-mates organized a BBQ-Outing cum get-together family day :) what a good start for all of us. rejoicing the friendship and intimating the bond. though it rained second half of the day, but it was by far, never a disgrace. since i was still numb from adam's birthday bash (post on his birthday will be next) the day earlier, i mend on hogging the loaf sized carrot cake for munchies. aunty made em' with love. we left home at 11am.

boat ride to the bbq island. the first one for adam boy! fast and furious!

since it was already 12-ish upon reaching the port, immediately i plonked him together with the rest of  the babies for their cooling session in the mini-baby-pool :)

the babies seems to be having fun in the shallow pool.cool off the sunstroke heat.

whilst the mommy's occupied both hands on nursing babies, the daddies are both hands busy too! presenting the chef of the day! the foods were yummeh (did not manage to snap any thou)

right after the pool and being spoon-fed, he decided for nap...soo

mommy decided to strengthen up her muscel flexibility by rowing! yeayy! since her last rowing during the 6 months course (succeeded touring pangkor island! woot woot), this time around was pretty tough. the tonnes of sinful fats to blame! haha. rowing around the putrajaya lake? not bad you know!

you can either opt for boat, kayak, or even swim, erkk :) at your own risk :p

welcoming the new year

ok, since this is the first entry of 2011, i would like to wish ya all

happy new year to everyone! may this new journey of life brings out the zest happiness of all time.

thank you for the 365 days of 2010. thank you Allah. it has by any means, brings happiness and eternally grateful. and to myself, a note or two to caramalized till another new year comes :

1. EXTREME LOOSE WEIGHT !!! must must and must! will resume herbalife on utmost regime! must at least shed 10 extra kilos off to be able to catch up the active baby in house:p

2. SAVE MORE instead of SPEND MORE

3. be a dear wife to the beloved hubby (read: less sulky, tolerate much more)

4. must put a+ effort to complete 5x prayers a day! tidak mahu rongak2 lagi :p a little bit  more obedient. well, sometimes i went to sleep forgetting isya, or on other sometimes, my subuh is at 7.15 am :p ignorance? yeah. thus, must aim to be a better muslim as  whole this year! insyaAllah.

5. good mom to the dear adam. will try to make more time for him, indulge himself since he's becoming toddler and i want to be part of his personality building. i would want to incorporate the feelings he has and reacted upon. sociability and vocabulary. additional family members??? erk, maybe not this year :p

adam is one!

yess.. he's officially one today! i am one proud mommy. *eye blinking* 30th december is the date. the date i gave birth to the little fella. how time flies. i can still clearly see the picture of me struggling pain in the labor room, with both feet being stir up, sweating like a heavy rain pouring down, moaning the surreal pain very early in the morning. *ok,stop imagining, horrible, i know* there you are..

from this tiny winny little baby...

to becoming the mommy's heart-throbe :)

adam dear, you crawled and fell your way upright, mommy smiled with joy, a gorgeous sight.. and now you're one on this special day, mommy & ayah loves you more than we could ever say.! here's to you, a poem, i picked from the net :p

Lunch Box

today i decided to order the lunch box by Madalind's Bite. it's a small business start up by a friend of mine. so, why not support? yeah. instead of going out, they come and serve lunch in an eye instant to your office. and fret not, it's yummeh! 

the lunch box set i ordered. BBQ Roasted Chicken with sautee veges and mashed potatoes.RM15 per set.

they also have this Grilled Mackerel Steak Served With Fettucine Ala Puttanesca

Their delivery is somehow restricted in the bound of Putrajaya & Cyberjaya only for the lunch boxes. yes, they do cater for small events i.e birthdays, high-tea, get-together, buka puasa and etc. the spread offers are enormous too. go visit their fb or call them at 013-362 4524. give it a try peeps!

my first walkabout!

mommy brought me to alamanda on one fine day. a quick one. she wanted me to have the walkaway at my own pace. 

see? i'm on my feet. hit the ground running. ayah gripped on me to make sure i don't go goofing entire mall. and, to make sure i don't go bump into crowds. i squealed in delights! honestly mommy, i think we should do this more often.

thank you mommy and ayah for the wonderful walkabout. :)

a recap of a decade

some people aged gracefully over time.

the 2010 is about to bid goodbye, new beginning after tomorrow. and if may, before the day comes, recapitulate the decade passed would be a good keepsake of my own 

2009- entitled mother! god-given :) i gave birth to the little adam (who's turning one real soon) - after cringing on the labor pain for sometimes-

2008- i got married to beloved ex-bf *cliche-irony* u name it :p

 2007 - was offered permanent job in the government! yeayy! yeayy! saya yang menurut perintah :P

2006 - graduated uni finally! the scroll! 

and of course, year 2000 - completed SPM! embarking the next pace in life :) *opps, no pix*

and what's the new year resolution would be? let's do another entry on it. for now,

kit kat?

the youngest brother went far far away to japan, and all he bought for us was kit kat! the japanese kit kat. and it's green inside too. taste wise? nope, not even close to nice :p the malaysian kit kat is wayyy divine scrumptious :)
