- Schedule a live impersonator/entertainer such as Cinderalla, Bozo the clown, or another childrens favorite. (optional)
- Schedule a professional photographer.
- Appoint the caterer
- Forecast the weather (in case u want to make an outdoor party)
- The Cake Maker
- The Invitation Card
- Goodies/Doorgift
- Balloons vendor
- healthy & beautiful goat (s) in my case (since i'm co-joining it with adam's aqiqah)

english style but they still kept the islamic atmosphere up.
