mom's birthday

Happy Birthday Momma & Brother Haris

After deliberate thoughts of what to eat and where to eat, so I decided to dine in Plan B, Publika. Few times heard of it, so why not give it a try. Verdict? Food : I would say so-so. not to my expectation perhaps. But mom's chicken pie wasn't disappointing. Ambience: cosy and nice. Service: Quick and delivered well. Price: as expected for a place like that thou seem less reasonable. Repeat? Nahh, not any near.

Chocoholic nightmare. Desert for the day. Delish and finger lickin'. Despite arrays of flavours  sprinkle with beautiful colours being offered, it is still all chocs basis filling the box of 6. Definitely will repeat this one.

So mom, Happy Birthday! Love you to every bits.

after two years...

I finally paved my way to kota bharu! Gosh. What took me that long? Worth the 8 hours haul in the car I must tell you. And seriously this wasn't planned earlier. Nope. Parents going back for a wedding, but we decided not to follow in the first place. The husband then got dunno-wut-revelation, and tinggg abruptly throw up the idea at 7.30pm friday. We departed at 10pm to Kota Bharu. 4 cars all together!

The food in this well dedicated opposition state (aherm) are known mouth watering and to die for. Authenticity untamed! We were there for a wedding held in Perdana Beach Resort. Yes, it's wedding by the beach. Free and easy flow, no dais, no silat wutsoever, rather it enhances unity and families relationship whereby the groom & brides walk thoroughly from one table to another sit down and do some catching up moments. The breeze was just a perfect combo for the day.

I wished my stay was longer. But nayy. Woke up to the monday with pilesssss of documents. Sigh.

yeayy. all 3 got shades *_*

Hello Tok Guru. I'm here.

Kopitiam Kita is where we filled our tummy in the morning upon arriving. Wow, little did i know this place is soo prime. The have gigantic wall of fame where they place all the known faces who'd been here. From the police IGP to trolls of celebs! The food well of course, hubby himself had 3 servings for breakfast only! gahh.

This boy lashes himself out during the day. Overwhelming.

"mommy adam main yayi-yayi ni"

Even went for a boat ride during wedding!

See..nice view kan.. The foods were incredibly ah-mazing too! 5 ekor kambing golek (grilling luciously at the entrance), butter prawn, kerabu pucuk2 (dunno the name for it), ayam percik, gulai kawah, pajeri nenas, and lotsa traditional kelantanese kueh served. I think everybody enjoyed themselves.

Pengkalan Kubor hub. The next day, we headed up to the boarder. This place offers wide range of goods. But of course you have to be meticulous in choosing one.

"Mommy adam nak car ni, car ni, dengan car besharr tu." - corner one must avoid when you're taking your growing up todds.

And I did feast my eyes too! Apparently the one here is slightly cheaper compared to Langkawi. So I emptied hubb's pocket for the day :p

All in all we had a great weekend. Accompanied by great foods brings out the ultimate joy and laughter.

about dumplings, spicy bilis, asam pedas, red velvet and lasagna

The Unimates gang had a small makan-makan at nini's place during the labor day hols. Fantabulous i must say. it was a quick and easy one and surely intimate! :) we have not meet up in 2012, hence its a must to make up during occasion like this!

us! plus adam. All were husband-less for the day. :p

Us again. Envy nohzah for not having even an ounce gain on her post delivery. Mind you she's a mom of 2. Gahh!

glorious and luscious treats! the dumplings made my day, extremely! Thank you nini. I settled with 3 servings. Nice. Myself made lasagna for the day. Also, Edat's most wanted spicy ikan bilis were just a tummy feast. Haven't had it for long. It use to be our weekly menu during the unidays. She would generously made it for us to keep us living through out the week. Hehe.

Spag Bol: By Nohzah.

The sinful red velvet! Shudet, oh it was worth drooling over for.The texture, the moist, blend so just well that i tapau-ed some portion home. Importantly its not tooth decaying. Just nice to my bud. *See edat gleaming over the cake*

Indeed we had a good time and so likely to repeat this. Girls, let's start planning on edat's Hen's Party cum Shuie's Baby Shower skali lah. ahaks.

Thank You for the time Girls. Loves.

and she's now mrs. kouhei

Marriage is made in heaven but solemnized on earth. And so they did..the two lovelies of different cultures, opposite compose in their mother tongue finally ties the knot in the name of love. Yes. Love that unites them both. From Tokyo to Kuala Lumpur. BFF Dena & Imran Kouhei Sasao. I am utterly happy beyond words.

She herself was absolutely stunningly beautiful embracing herself in her wedding dress throughout the ordeal which was made so intimately perfect. I am deeply in love with her dress and the way she carry herself in it was purely an elation.

There's just soo much of what i wanted to write, but words don't describe best at ze moments. And I don't seem to have a nice shot of the day too. *Big sigh* Bear with the shots taken from my long trusted phone.

The before akad ceremony. loving the theme too.

see the beading details. admiring.

Let's talk Curves. Gleaming she is.

we love you dearest.

Unfortunately this is only pic i have. a decent one i mean. the rest were all schizos. and i was occupied in meeting the high school mates. Too many absorbance for the day. So shall just wait for the official ones from her.

the jenans.

Dena dearest,

Love does not consist in gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction. So i now welcome you to the new chapter of life. It's bitter sweet I must warn you, but entirely compassionate and complementing. Now you can breed Malay+Nihon. Quickly make cute ones :)

CONGRATS ONCE AGAIN DEAREST!

April 19, 2012

the red day

It was last Saturday. The office held this captivating event of the year named "Winning Hearts & Minds" - talking about strengthening the bonding at work :) So well, we located some time to be part of the said event on Saturday despite the typical blues having to get dressed as early as 8am in the morning.

Confined to the colour scheme. Red it is.

Explore one second. Running the other second.

And he had so much fun with the horse. Repeat twice ok. Not afraid at all. [he first said to me "mommy nak naik moo" ahaha - misleading]

Mommy shantik tak?

I went heart attack seeing this! son ohh son. And some more giving me the oh-so-innocent-i-am -not-guilty face.

there you go close up a bit! and it was quarter to midnite when he came saying "mommy adam draw peyutt adam ni...shantik tak mommy?"

I was dumbstruck in awe. Adoi la anak bujang...

I heart you

Adam is now 2yrs and 3 months old. Big boy already. Talk a lot. He can now speak in sentences and master in following simple command. Throw tantrums? Oh definitely! So far I negotiated my temper well. Make up mess is his number one. Can stack towers of bricks and smacked all down in a blink of an eye. Can be sweetheart at most times. He's asserting his independence, I know. And surely a die hard fan of Upin Ipin [oh my! mommy can also now easily pick up the lines] Yeah, the all sorts a 2 year old would deem.

his smile is contagious!

He loves pasta. His definition of pasta are enormous in range. Not just spaghetti, linguine, fettucini are pasta,  but noodles, kueh teow, laksam, Beehon also are! Yes he claimed they're all  pasta. "Adam shukeee pata". Clap hands happily. Same goes to rice. All also nashik goweng, be it Nasi Arab, Nasi Ayam, and Nasi Putih even! Everyday in the car, I would received the same ol' answer from him whenever I ask him what he had for lunch."Adam makan nashik goweng nyum nyum"..*_*

Oh son, it'll be a lengthy post if I were write about you, so I better not. Suffix for me letting you know, that you are dearly loved despite all mischiefs you attempted.

I heart this too much. Simply pure. [even it only lasted for one rakaat:p]
